You certainly wouldn't want the groundsman's job for that sequence.

Very strange. Have the league insisted matches need to be played somewhere to get all fixtures completed.
Do Gloucester have a plastic pitch to ensure the game is on.
If so just have to hope it doesn't snow!

Yes, 3G at Gloucester. Seems a sensible solution to protect the integrity of the League.
Will Truro supporters coach pick up Taunton fans on the way on Saturday?

correct. wish they were spread out a bit more though. grass 3g grass 3g grass 3g grass 3g etc. prefer 7 grass then 1 3g. oh well. all a bit weird but thats the modern game. sutton will have to lay 3g again if they get relegated.

Sadly Taunton have (not surprisingly) hit financial problems again. I must admit to having sympathy for them as their difficulties seem to mainly relate to adverse climate events rather than planned overspending. it could be argued they should have spent more on the pitch in previous years but assume that the playing surface had not been a significant problem until this winter.
I hope they get everything sorted as we need to have a good number of local clubs in this league - assuming we are still members.

Taunton and Truro have now scheduled their remaining 15 games each in 42 days while allegedly sharing the same ground, sometimes, and also playing each other.

Truro now scheduled for 14 games in 35 days, Taunton 13 games.

Taunton v WsM tonight postponed.
The local referee passed the pitch as playable.
The actual referee said it was not.
