He has played for just 19 clubs (OK, admittedly, some of them more than once) http://www.footballdatabase.eu/football.joueurs.jake.reid.108398.en.html
Almost as many as Graham Withey under your calculations!!

Phil Walsh was in a pre-season friendly for Chelmsford tonight and scored.

Apparently Eliot Richards played for Weston against Rovers this evening.

There have been suggestions on twitter that we should try and sign him, but after the way he treated us last season I think Weston are welcome to him.

Totally agree, LB. Do the Twitterers suggest why we should be signing because he never suggested to me that he was the answer.

At the end of last season, he was going to sign for us for the rest of the season (a few weeks), and then had an attractive offer from America.  Why should we not feel fine that he wanted to take up that offer from America?  OK, it didn't work out, and he's now back, so I'd be perfectly happy to get him to play for us again.

On another note, there will be a former City forward back on Saturday, at the Cheltenham friendly, as a scout for Chelsea.  He was manager of chippenham until a couple of years ago. He may be remembered by a former Y**vil goalie called David Coles

I think that that is always the case. Players want to progress. Did we object when Sido Jombati went to Wycombe?

From memory his move to America came out of the blue and very near the transfer deadline, leaving us short. So rather different circumstances to Sido's departure!
(I think he left us for Cheltenham)

Why as a scout ? Get the big man playing!
Heskey re-appeared last year playing for Bolton, so I'm sure Adie could still pull on that #9 shirt and show what damage a 'proper' centre forward can do to an opposition.

That clip of him steamrolling through them needs to go on YouTube. Classic.

Oh, and Kaid Mohamed played for Torquay today.

Peter Trego did a commentary stint during the Glamorgan/Somerset T20 game last night. He mentioned his sole appearance for Bath City.

Brad Williams turned out for Evesham United for their friendly against Stourbridge on Saturday.
Was recommended, apparently.
