They played Gosport in the QF at home last season and drew a crowd of 398.

Looking at past records of FAT Semi's, regardless of the teams involved, attendances are typically 2-3K.
So the lesson to be learned here is if it doesn't go all ticket or the switch the match to the KC Stadium (no I'm not serious), is to get to NFU early as there might be a bit queue at the gates.

Getting from Luton by train looks lengthy and not cheap so may end up driving. 155 miles each way, about 20 more than to Twerton.

Only an hour for me from our new place in Lincolnshire Can't wait!!

I hope the Board / Supporters club / away travel (Bas, Comrade)  have their contingency plans  in place to get as many of us there as possible, leaving it too long and where would we get six coaches from.

When have they ever not sorted it all out?

Everyone you've mentioned works tirelessly enough as it is, and have plenty on their plates at the moment, what they could probably do with is someone with the vision to execute this grand plan, give Bas a ring and offer to help

The reason for the relatively high price is the cost of the coach(es) - each will require 2 drivers. It wouldn't have worked out any cheaper to have a sliding scale.

Suppose your journey on the coach will be a lot longer than 3 hours; but don't grumble too much and make the most of it because it's going to be a good day!

Lightweight. London Marathon the day after we played Yate to win the Southern League. A calming pre-match pint and a celebratory post match one.
