Dover Away - Ale fans
HI Dover fan in peace. Some advice for travelling Romans. Annual Beer festival at the town hall this Friday and Saturday. Saturday doors open at 10am. Also we currently have 3 real ale and cider micro pubs. Rack of ale on Park Street, Ladywell. The Lanes in Worthington Street and The Mash Tun on Bench Street. All are absolutely ace and Dover fans use them every match day until about 2.30pm. Any questions feel free to ask. Comrade has met me before an will probably be happy to know about this.

Hi again Phil!
That all sounds good, especially for any City fans arriving by train on Saturday. Those on the coach will probably head for those pubs nearer the ground, including my favourite!
Hope to see you at the game

If your on about The Royal Oak it's changed hands yet again. Went in on Sunday to warm up after a walk around the village and it was on lots of food going on but only crappie Master Brew
on so wasn't overly impressed. Of pubs near the ground The Bull through the church alley is the best bet nowadays. Endeavour no ale. Three Cups no ale and Cricketers full of chavs. Clubhouse just bottled ale too
