Re: watching city away
Apart from Torquay by far the most expensive admission in the league....£10 for a student when everybody else is charging between £1 And £7 Is extortionate....doubt I will return next year..

Truro/Torquay on Tuesday...
As there was insufficient interest the SC will not be running a coach to Tuesday's match. However, Bas is hoping to run an independent coach.
Ring Bas for further details on 07881 728689

Not able to purchase ticket for Dulwich away - presumably there is a 'knack' which is hidden from me!
I have emailed their Secretary.
If I get a response I will post it.

Re: watching city away
It would seem the tickets are non-refundable unless you pay extra to include insurance cover. Not sure if this applies to the game not taking place though.
Its not clear what, if any, arrangements are in place for away supporters. Surely Dulwich can not make a game, potentially, all ticket without providing the away club with a number of tickets. Does anyone know if we have an allocation.
Our normal away travellers does include a number of individuals who are , probably, not internet users so can anything be done to ensure they can get a ticket.

Re: watching city away
The league rules are pretty clear for all ticket matches:
“10.2 The home Club shall retain all gate receipts. Where a match is declared all ticket the Away Club shall be entitled to 10% of the total number of tickets available or a minimum of 600, whichever is the greater, subject to any stipulation by the relevant safety authority affecting these figures. ”
Assume Dulwich have got around this by not officially making the games all ticket but it doesn’t seem right how they are doing it.

Re: watching city away
Bloody hipster club !!!
Why should we have to buy a ticket in advance, and pay a supplementary booking fee, for a match that's not all ticket, but might, just might, be full when we turn up?
And, in January, could easily be affected by the weather and called off.
In all honestly I'm questioning whether to bother at all.
I think the club should request 100 tickets on sale or return.....ok I know......how many concessions, adults, children, radio presenters etc etc........but for God's sake, this is a NLS fixture, not the Champions League.
Can I pass this over to our SLO please.......Martin.

Kermy, I will email Dulwich today and report back here with their response. However, if they read the opening line of your post they may well tell me where to go!

Re: watching city away
My first thoughts were that City supporters ought to boycott the Dulwich game but that would be like giving in to bullies.
Bien dit mon ami Kermy le grenouille, tu a frappé le clou fermement sur la tête; nous "Robs" avons rarement tort.
The Dulwich ground capacity has been reduced but there must surely be enough to accommodate at least 1500 with about 100 City supporters?
The replies to Comrade's email will be interesting.

Re: watching city away
Bit strange all of this. The ground capacity is 3000 apparently, are they really going to fill it for these 3 games? Can't really seeing it being an issue for City fans to get in, their highest gate during promotion year last season was 2.4k, average was 1.3k.
Was online ticketing their norm before returning to this ground? Three batches of a thousand tickets a time being sold online, probably unnecessarily, nice little earner for the ticket company. £1 fee on each one, probably many worried about the weather and paying the £1.65 extra in case a game is postponed, nice little 3k+ earner, get me on the See Tickets gravy train.
