Re: watching city away
Please note that we making sure that the pick up points advertised for the SC coach are accurate as some pubs especially have been renamed!
Pick-up points are Radstock Hotel, Odd Down (Wellsway, near Red Lion) and Twerton Park, where you can leave your car. For trips in the east (eg Chelmsford) we also pick up on London Road (Balustrade bus stop) and Corsham (Two Pigs bus stop, opposite Hare & Hounds). For trips in the north (eg Gloucester) we can pick up at Saltford (Ellsbridge House bus stop, just before Keynsham by pass) and Longwell Green (cinema complex on Avon Ring Road.) The price remains the same, wherever you are picked up. We can drop you in the city centre on the return to Bath from the east.
The following are not new pick ups, just updated names...
Odd Down (Wellsway, near Red Lion) formerly Sizzler
London Road (Balustrade bus stop) formerly FILOs (this is a few hundred yards from FILOs - I don't know why we've always advertised that!)

Re: watching city away
As I mentioned on the Truro thread, Bas's mother passed away yesterday. So anyone who wishes to book seats on the coaches to Havant or Gloucester (when the latter is advertised) should ring 07751 405439 - please don't ring Bas.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: watching city away
A SC coach will run to Monday's replay at Chelmsford if there is sufficient support. We need to confirm with the coach company by tomorrow morning (Sunday) so you need to book this evening if you want a seat.

Hampton coach...
We have enough bookings for the sliding scale to apply (provided they all turn up). The more who book the cheaper it is likely to be.

Hendon coach...
Details are here...
https://bathcityfc.forumotion.co.uk/t1867-hendon-coach
It looks like there will be plenty of interest in this trip as Trophy fever grips the city again - remember that the more who travel the lower the fares will be. I'll give some indication of numbers booked after the Bognor match. It would be great to give Bas the problem of having to book a second coach!

Re: watching city away
Supporters Club coaches
For many years Bath City Supporters Club has committed to organising and running coach travel to away fixtures. Unfortunately, and for a variety of reasons, the numbers travelling have dropped considerably in recent seasons and the average on board has dipped below the number necessary for a large coach. On half of the trips this season a smaller vehicle has been used, which we recognise is unpopular with many who previously travelled regularly.
The Supporters Club has therefore decided that it will only run the more comfortable larger coaches in future, for which a minimum of 22 bookings is required and the sliding scale of fares will apply if more travel. Should these run at a loss, they will continue to be subsidised.
Should the minimum number not be reached for a trip, Martin Brush is hoping to organise a smaller vehicle independent of the Supporters Club.

Weston rearranged match...
Please note that neither the Supporters Club or Bas will be running a coach on 30/1 due to the expected very low level of interest.

Just to confirm that the SC will definitely be running a large coach to this match.
Please note that the times originally advertised were incorrect - they have now been amended. All those who have booked will be informed.

Braintree coach...
Bas has worked his magic again and there is sufficient support for a SC large coach to run to this match.
Please note that the fares advertised in this week's Chronicle were incorrect - please go to the link below for confirmation.

Sliding scale of fares...
Some supporters have asked us to advertise the actual coach fare which will be charged when the sliding scale applies. The Supporters Club have posted their answer here...

East Thurrock coach...
Please note that there is a slight error in the club newsletter sent out today. Rather than stating that the SC hope to run a large coach for this trip it says that we will. At present we don't have sufficient bookings and as the forum advert states, the deadline is 5 pm on Saturday, after which a decision will be made.
Thanks

The SC will not be running a coach next Tuesday. Bas is hoping to organise an independent one - if you're interested, ring him on 07881 728689

Just a reminder that if you want to use the SC's coaches this season they are advertised on our website. Several items have been posted recently, including information on a new coach coordinator, fares, coach rules, pick up points and details for the first two trips of the season (Torquay + Hampton)

Torquay update....
The earlier departure time has certainly attracted the punters with over 30 already booked. The sliding scale will apply with adult fares likely to be no more than £20. Contact Cheryl if you are interested!
