Hard to get games on in the winter so all those at the Club and volunteers especially need massive thanks.

More optimistic tonight than I have been for to many weeks to mention

Very entertaining game capped by two superb goals, the second will probably go down as the best of the season. Really hope we can take that control of the midfield and all round determination into next week’s vital game.

It was difficult to play on the pitch after all that rain. Passes were going astray purely because it was difficult to judge the conditions so both teams deserve credit for an entertaining game. But we restricted them to very few clear goal opportunities. There was always someone to snuff out the threat. I thought we created a lot of good chances and presented a threat throughout. Wilson was very good, and Morton had his best game. The new kiddie also looks a prospect.

Excellent performance. Now we need consistency.
