Sounds good. He's 6 ft and can play either defencive or attacking mid. Possibly a replacement for burnell or maybe even connolly. Hopefully he pairs up well with adelsbury!

One thing for certain, the forum certainly would had been a quieter place if he'd hadn't.

Re: new signing
Good news - Frankie could be our best signing yet this pre-season. I saw him several times playing for Grimsby in the Conference and he always looked a decent player. Admittedly he has an awful lot of clubs on his CV considering his age but that was also true of Kaid Mohamed - sometimes it takes a while for a player to find a club where he can show his best form, no reason why that shouldn't be Bath City.

Clearly he wasn't quite good enough for League 2 or higher but with 50 games played for Grimsby in the Conference he has a reasonable pedigree. He was also part of the team which kept Hereford in the Conference against all odds (until disciplinary measures sank them) so he obviously is a good man to have in a tough situation. When you look at the final tables, Hereford finished only 12 places above us so there isn't a massive difference in levels anyway.
