Decision day for TP Development? Empty Decision day for TP Development?

I see that today is the target decision date for the TP development, after its previous delay. I know there was a posting by the Club on their site a week or so ago saying watch this space, but does anyone know if we will be hearing something later today / next few days?
Reading the most recent Planning Submissions, it seems that the Objectors (and one in particular...) have changed their tack from objecting to having students in the area....to being more concerned that any students that do live there, get enough natural light......as well as asserting 3G to be even more deadly to mankind and the environment than Donald Trump.
