Pryce starts along with Hinds and Stearn. Watkins on 5 man bench. No Brunt nor Rigg in squad.
City draw away but drop to 5th in the tight play off race, 6 pts clear of 8th with 6 games to go.

Brunt had a massive ice pack on his ankle after last week's game. He probably should have been rested but we do not have the manpower.
It sounded like a dull game and I feel sorry for the travelling fans. Respect though to those that made the trip.

I wouldn't describe it as dull. The first half was quite exciting, albeit with most of the chances going to the home team. Unfortunately the wind appeared to pick up after half time but we went close several times.
Whichever way you go and by whatever means it is a long slog to get there with the added endless bus journey to the ground for those using the train. It's really one for a long weekend which several of our fans opted for. Still, it was good preparation for the likes of Gateshead, Barrow and Hartlepool next season!

One of Eastbourne's forum members was impressed with us...
Bath City are an absolute Rolls Royce of a side, play great football, use the entire pitch.

I imagine JG will carefully handle Brunt and Rigg with play off games in mind potentially on the Wednesday, Sunday and Sunday following the season end.

Yes watching the highlights it was anything but dull. Eastbourne had the better of the chances but the change of formation nullified their threat. Maybe Jerry should have changed things sooner.
