According to the ever reliable National League website the attendance at Billericay yesterday was 4582 - watching the highlights it was hard to see how there were that many there, unless they were sitting the same side as the camera! The Billericay website gives the attendance as 922!

The N.L. Paper gives it as 922. good coverage of Bath City in the paper and gives Ryan Clarke and Joe Raynes in the team of the day.

Re: Ex Romans' Thread
Interesting rumours that Bristol City have recalled Antoine Semenyo from Newport because Chelsea have put in a bid for him. If he does sign for them he is likely to end up on loan somewhere because apparently Chelsea have over 30 players out on loan at the moment.

Only just found this out through emailing Nick Brooks.
Dan Baldwin, who played about half a dozen games I think in 1994/95, became a TV producer and went on to marry Holly Willoughby.

I think he tops Phil Walsh for most surprising famous relationship!
And unlike Phil Walsh, I don't think Dan Baldwin spends his time posting conspiracy theories on Facebook. Mainly Flat-Earth (harmless) and anti-vaccine (not harmless) stuff.

Holly Willoughby and Tamzin Outhwaite - even I have heard of these 2.
I think the odds of a lottery jackpot win must be less than seeing those names on the news of former players thread.

Yes, It was good to see Tony at Wembley, looking well too. He gave an interesting interview to the Daily Mail last week, well worth a read for those who may not be familiar with his story. I have fond memories of watching Bath City back then as a young lad.

Following the sad loss of Alan Skirton recently, it makes me wonder if these days would it still be possible now, for a young local lad to make it all the way from Bath City to the top of English football like they did?
