I saw Dan Bowman in Bath Morrisons' car park in the week. Tried and failed to think of something clever to say so just smiled. Probably came across as creepy.

Club statement:

The club can confirm they have accepted the resignation of Danny Webb from his post as first team manager.

Webb took over the job on January 29, picking up two wins from his 12 games in charge, but leaves the club with immediate effect along with goalkeeper coach Martin Brennan.

Omer Riza will take over duties of first team manager until the end of the season, and his first game in charge will be Saturday’s home Sky Bet League Two game against Wycombe Wanderers. He's very determined to make sure that the team finishes the season strong and he's looking forward for the challenge.

No mention of all the wonderful work Danny did with the youngsters, bringing them on from the age of 14. no mention of why he was 'forced' to resign
typical disgusting statement from disgusting human beings
There is no end to this nightmare for us fans. i believe Becchetti will liquidate the club, before the court hearing in June
He will take a financial hit, just to punish us for daring to protest against him. He sees himself as a god like figure, and no one should be criticizing him

Orient are in huge trouble. Winding up orders going through the courts, and if they survive the summer there seems to be some doubt as to which division they'll be in.

According to the Southern League results page, Lewis Hogg scored 2 own goals in the first half today while playing for Mangotsfield at Taunton - they eventually lost 6-1.

Jason Matthews, our best-ever 'keeper (well, according to his dad) has resigned as Weymouth manager.

According to the press he has been 'let go' by the incoming new Chairman. Whilst they may have had a disappointing season overall, they are now on a nine game unbeaten run. I would have thought that bodes well for the future?

I think seven of those matches were drawn. Their fans don't seem too disappointed, sounds like it just hasn't quite worked out.

Mark Salter 36, (at City in 2003) still going and is current top scorer at Bridport Town having netted 22 this season. No joy yesterday though against Street who ran out comfortable 4-0 winners.

Saw our old benchwarner Callum Hart warming the bench equally well for Salisbury at Mangotsfield today. I wonder what he's going to tell his grandkids about his footballing career.

Although I suppose he isn't technically an ex-player for a few days yet - and might even be available against Welling as Weymouth have completed their fixtures - Stuart Fleetwood scored a hat-trick on Saturday and finished as their top scorer with 17 goals.

He's announced on Twitter today that he won't be returning to Weymouth next season because of the travelling distance.

Manny Monthe currently playing in the National League Play-off final. Forest Green leading 3-1.

Looks like he might be playing League 2 football next season! Can he make the step up?

When I met the Sutton manager he asked me who our best player was. I said it would have been Manny but he'd just gone to Forest Green. He said 'Manny Monthe? he's rubbish.' Well he's not so rubbish now.

Former City player Yan Klukowski played the first half of the FA Trophy final in York's 3-2 defeat of Macclesfield today, at centre half.

Great day out again at Non League Finals Day, highly recommended
