Hopefully no truth in it, but the Torquay fans forum says they have put in 7 days notice for Jack Compton.
I feared that Owers might have tried to get him when he first went there, but I assumed as time passed by my fears were unfounded.
Would be very sorry to see Jack go.

The reason I asked for a link, Gerry, is because I honestly know nothing about this. Quite how the Torquay forum got to know about it is anyone's guess but until I hear something official from the usual channels at TP I'm going to ignore it.
