Possible new keeper?
A pal of mine who's a proper Bristol City youth team nerd reckons that there's rumours we might be getting a look at another of their young keepers - in this case a lad called Jojo Wollacott. He's already been out on loan to Weymouth, so will be no stranger to non-league, and well as a tricky-to-spell club out in Norway.
I don't know how much truth there is in this tale, but it's interesting to hear all the same. Especially as, according to the link below, he seems to have the power of flight…

It's been in the Chronicle on line for a couple of days, but he is injured at the moment.

Re: Possible new keeper?
I suggested JoJo Woolacott on the "ex Romans thread" on 4th July. As I mentioned then, my only concern would be how would we manage the Bristol City u23 fixture clashes.....when Axel was here, there were a few times that he had to play for Reading U23's rather than us. I've been impressed with Cafer, but can you have genuine competition between two keepers when one may not be available half the time because they are being recalled by their parent club?

Surely it can work. There are more than enough fixtures to work 2 keepers. Guess we would all really want a settled number 1.

no doubt it helps with negotiations if you have a fall back option. Woolacott has always looked decent but why can't we have him on the same terms as Oleary?

O'Leary is already on the fringes of the first team, I assume Bristol City don't have a back up keeper to JoJo for the u23's (not according to the website), hence my concern re Bristol not offering the same terms we had for O'Leary.... sure Gary's got it covered though.

What was the OLeary deal? No recall?
