Re: Ross Stearn
'The third player listed is midfielder Ross Stearn who signed last November from fellow Vanarama National League side Sutton United. When Stearn originally arrived he was cup tied and his early appearances was disrupted because of our Cup run. Unfortunately though for Stearn his performances since our exit, have not met the Clubs expectations having never seemingly to have met the standards, that he had shown when playing against us many times'
Liked him, but never seemed to excel when in the starting eleven. Real super-sub though for which it probably wouldn't be worth a transfer fee. Hopefully no one will come in for him and we'll pick him up on a free.

Re: Ross Stearn
Isnt he on a 2 year deal? Might impact on the figure Eastleigh will recoup for him. Cant imagine it will be anywhere like the £25k paid.

Re: Ross Stearn
Given what a complete shambles Eastleigh appeared to be from the outside last season - flirting with relegation despite generally being thought of as having one of the biggest budgets - it's no surprise he struggled.
So, that seems a pretty unnecessary dig at him.

100% agree, I thought that was pretty pathetic, but then it is Eastleigh so I can't say I'm surprised. Would love to see him back, but imagine he'll end up in the Conference National again.

If we get a good lump sum from Manny's speculated promotion bonus, go get him.

Perhaps we could get him on a similar deal to Marvin, a season long loan where Eastleigh pay part of his wages!

Unfortunately, I could see a second spell being a disappointment as these things often are.
