20 year anniversary
Today marks 20 years since quite a notable event in City's recent history.
There will be an article on the website later this evening but can anyone guess it before then?

Is it the last time we scored a penalty...?

Took me some time to work it out (I think!). As we lost 1-0 at Kettering that day I thought at first you were referring to the first supporters coach for many years - I remember the great demand meant a double decker went.

Remember this extremely well as it was my first ever away Bath City game on my birthday
Not sure, but wasn't it Jim Rollo's debut?

It was. A piece about it is on the website now.
I didn't think I was at the game as I was in Hull at the time but now you mention the double-decker coach I am sure that I came down by train and went back to Bath on it.

It was pre-photography days for me (although I've posted a pic on Facebook of me before the game). Be great if there was one lurking about of Jim.
His home debut was a week later against Southport. I have photos of that pre-match as well as I was the mascot.

Re: 20 year anniversary
Just after he returned from the first spell on loan at City, he played in a match for Cardiff City against Fulham at Craven Cottage 20 years ago on January 31st. He partnered Jeff Eckhardt, one of my favourite players ever. Cardiff City won 4-1 and I was on the away end. Cardiff City lost 4-2 up there the previous season and I got flu after standing in the rain on the uncovered away terrace. One of my favourite matches ever. It was on TV as well.
It has to be said that Rollo's career at Ninian Park was fairly undistinguished but I was over the moon when I was reminded that Jim played that night.

Well deserved testimonial. I think it's overdue but 20 years is a fantastic milestone and hope it gains the support it deserves.
Not sure what will happen in terms of opponents. My guess is Jim would like Cardiff, but my fear is whenever we play them it means we have to bring in loads of stewards/police, which would be so unwelcoming for this sort of game. I'm sure there would be queues of former team-mates wanting to be involved, could easily have a team of different eras. Be great to have a reunion of them, but the final decision should obviously be Jim's.

And who is going to be first to answer the question, so if Jim is 4th who are 1,2 and 3 in the appearances list?
Fastest fingers first!
