Chelmsford pub

......err.....I can't find one, sorry.
If the coach gets there really early I guess the Globe, 65 Rainsford Road, CM1 2QJ is a possibility, but it's about 1 mile from the ground.
The clubhouse has had some half decent beer on handpump in the past, so that is probably worth a visit. Just hope it's not the usual suspects, Greene King IPA and Sharps Doombar

Last season they didn't have any real ale or decent cider

The clubhouse will have Doom Bar and one guest real ale (not GK IPA) available.
I can't speak for cider, though....
