New player?!

Vanarama National League South club Bath City have signed former West Bromwich Albion midfielder Danny Barrow.
The 19-year-old began his career with Plymouth Argyle before joining the Baggies in May 2011.
He was released by Albion in the summer and briefly headed to the United States with two-time MLS champions Sporting Kansas City before returning to these shores.
He was on the bench for the 1-0 defeat at Maidstone United on Saturday.
Anyone know much else about him?

He came on towards the end. I understand he looked promising.

According to this article he was on trial with Sporting Kansas City for their potential USL team. USL being the United Soccer League, which is the 3rd tier of US soccer.

He had very short legs!
Didn't really play long enough to get an opinion on him, but I can't quite see what he offers over what we already have... unless very cheap.
