Betting compo 15-16

SEASON 2015/16

Just 4 months after the title was cruelly snatched from my grasp by Sean, the new compo starts on Saturday with City's match v Wealdstone and will run right through to the final match of the season, including FA cup and trophy matches where possible.

The odds offered at William Hill will normally be used - it's easy to access and unlike several other sites, does not require registration. However, if he does not cover one of our matches (very likely in the Trophy), it may be possible to get odds from another company.

Rules

1) each member starts with £1 for each match day remaining from the day of their first bet - allowing for 42 league matches, a run to the 3rd round of the cup and the trophy final, there are a maximum of 56 match days, so you will receive £56 if you start on the 1st match, £55 on the 2nd etc

2) you can place as much as you like of your kitty on each bet

3) only 1 bet per match day

4) there will be no borrowing from firstpinkbank, so if your kitty runs out, so have you!

5) once you have bet on your first match, you will be deducted £1 on each matchday that you don't place a bet - but you are welcome to post your prediction before the odds are posted - eg City/Whitehawk: City to win 1-0, Hayes/City draw


Odds will be posted on this thread once they are available - this is often the day before the match.

You must make your bet clear when posting, showing the amount staked, what you are betting on and the odds. Obviously you cannot make a bet once the match has started.

The winner is the one with the most money after the final match of the season.
Equal placings will be decided by who placed the most successful bets.
