Women of Bath

I note that Bath City women's team are awaiting fixtures for their season in the Somerset County womens league. However, they are not listed in the teams of the Somerset County womens league. However, there is a team in the Wiltshire county womens league called Bath City Women United!

According to the website they have a game at TP tomorrow. No doubt something will be announced at today's game.
But I believe they are called Bath City Women not Bath City Youth Women.

Didn't hear it mentioned today.

One of their players, who was at the Braintree game, mentioned they are playing at Twerton Park tomorrow (Sunday)

Did no get any info about the game to announce.

So why aren’t they playing in the Somerset County League and their home games are not played at TP. Also, they are called Bath City Women United?

Thanks for that. It seems that the leagues have now been sorted. Bath City Women United no longer appear in the Wiltshire League.

Bath City Women United are an under 10 yeam playing in Wiltshire County League.

I think the game yesterday was basically a 'behind closed doors' match with friends and family invited to attend only......so probably why no public announcement made over the PA system on Saturday. I think their season kicks off around 4th September.

It did kick-off today, they lost 4-0 at Pen Mill Ladies who are reigning champions.

Gave a good account of themselves and drew the second half. They're back at TP next Sunday.
