2022/23 ODDS
The Chippenham forum has the betting odds for the coming season. We are joint-favourites to get out of Conf South.

...through relegation. Yes, saw that, some other strange odds on there. Looks like they've largely gone with last seasons table otherwise.

In view of the money that Welling are apparently throwing around perhaps we should all have a flutter on them at 66-1!

Obviously no one at Bet365 follows the comings and goings at our level. We won't know how competitive our team is until the season starts and nor will Bet365.
I don't think we'll ship as many goals this season as last, batten and raynes are both fit and parcelle and greenslade look a good fit, so would expect us to not get rolled over.
But just what the chipnum forum thinks our sh*t or bust policy is I don't know.

The 66/1 (one quarter the odds first 3 places) looks value when compared to this -
https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/non-league/national-league-south/england-national-league-south/winner - William Hill are scared going only 25/1.

Yeah, but that's the betting to win the league though, not for the final positions. So we're not joint-favourites to go down at all - just the joint least likely to come top.

Couple of guys on Chip forum seemingly obsessed by us !
Skybet has us at 33/1, around lower mid.

Mid table I reckon - an improvement on last season.
I’m definitely not getting carried away.
Physicality remains the issue at our level.
I hope of course I am wrong and we can be fringe playoffs and the elusive FAC 1
