Comrade is riveted to his TV screen ...EOIN is batting and looking like he could win it for his team. Eoin caught on the boundary but fielders foot hit the rope...just, PHEW!

Re: Comrades "Favourite"
Middlesex buoyed by potential changes to county championship. The Bob Willis Cup format is likely to be used with 3 groups, playing home and away, with a knockout phase and final. It is supported by many counties especially those stuck in Div 2 with little to play for and even less hope of getting promoted. ' This is what I have been pushing for and hoping to get' said Middx chief Angus Fraser. ' This gives us a real chance of competing with the big teams and achieving a giant killing....particularly at Taunton, I'd love to beat them, love it I tell you, love it...' The news conference was curtailed as a frothing Fraser was led away by 2 white coated gentlemen to the sanctity of a dressing room in the quaint Div 2 ground called Lords.

I see Bess is scarpering after the ECB finally woke up to what was going on at Raketon. But I think you’ll miss Overton more.

Well money talks in all sport. Good luck to Bess in that institutional mess and yes a fully fit Jamie would be great. Alas not often the case. Anyway, Brooks a better all rounder !

Forgot to add that the only big thing at Raketon is the gap in the trophy cabinet for THAT title...
