They did not and Monthe played the whole game for Tranmere who won 2-1 after going down to 10 men in the first minute
Very Happy
Talking of ex City players, I ran into Paul Gover this afternoon at Bridport v Odd Down - looking very well he was too.

Not to forget of course that Tranmere manager Micky Mellon had a (very) brief spell on loan from Bristol City before breaking a leg at Yeovil on New Years Day 1991.

I think he's got connections down there. I've seen him in the clubhouse before. Cracking club too. Only a late rough spell kept them out of the playoff this year.

So Tom Smith has signed for CTFC - thankfully that's Cheltenham Town, not Chipnumb.

Matt Taylor appointed Exeter manager. No pressure after 12 years of Tisdale.

How lucky were we. Only Luke Southwood didn't feature in the League this season from the U20 World cup winning squad.

Adam Forster to Paulton Rovers - https://twitter.com/PaultonRoversFC/status/1007364943073685505 - does that leave just one keeper plus the goal keeping coach?  Jerry Gill likes a sub keeper so will the coach also be a player? scratch

Thing is our ex players often find form with other teams that we rarely saw.

I guess the obvious example of that is Scott Wilson, who looked out of his depth with us and I don’t recall many complaints when he was released.

Fair play to him, he’s done exceptionally well since. Sometimes it just doesn’t work at some clubs.

Nat Jarvis didn't show anything that would suggest he could score frequently at our level. We'll see what he does at chipnum.

He hardly got a game for Norwich last season. Not surprised he's moving on.

Ironically his best game was probably at their place.
