2017/18 Away Kit

I have seen that we are selling last season's away kit and it is available at a reduced price. I think the problem was that we put the choice of away kit to a vote of society members last summer but the winning shirt was not popular with those who might actually buy it (i.e. those who go to away games). Other than the match at WSM, that many supporters actively boycotted, most City supporters would not have seen it. We played in home colours at Chippenham as they play in blue.


I suggest that if we decide on a vote for a change of away strip for 2018/9 then the decision is made by mrmbers of the supporters' Club.

I've just found out that there is to be no poll to select the designs and that they have already been chosen. I will try to find out the reasons for that.

I think the point you make about the SC members' involvement is a very good one and I'll ensure that it's passed on to the club for next year.

Seems quite understandable that after the members failed to vote for orange they had this privilage taken away.

Is the home kit reduced? As far as I can see, there is only one blue shirt available for the reduced price in 4XL or somesuch.

My usual point, we should have a traditional strip and a change strip for colour clashes only. I WANT TO SEE CITY IN STRIPES WHEN I GO AWAY!!!!!!!

Is there a date set for when the new kits will be launched?
