It is likely to require more points than average given the tightness of the league with teams taking points off each other. Chippnum currently have more than a point a game. Whitehawk are likely to need at least 46 points.
I can't blame them for timel wasting. In their position they need to do what they can for every point. They weren't the worst side we have played this season and often the cheatiest sides (new word) are nearer the top.

Gloucester picked up a good win last night and are away to Whitehawk Saturday.
I genuinely think Whitehawk’s only hope is catching Hungerford, who they’re effectively 15 points behind. They play each other on the penultimate weekend. I reckon Chippenham will grind out some decent results at home.
