Concord v City
City 4 up at Ht. GOs stinging words having effect though I guess Concord are no Maidenhead. Still, a boost aiming for 60 points plus finish.

Do we know the scorers? Just joined after going round the space observatory in Knighton.

(I think) it's Watkins, McCoulsky, Andresson (pen) and McCootie

No, sorry, one of them was Hemmings with a 35-40 yarder

I can imagine GOs words having aneffect but it sounds as though Axel is playing. Makes a big difference.

5-0. Clean sheet, no bookings and we score a penalty. Can't be bad.

We are going to miss Axel. I know that Max is going to get POTY probably but Axel has to be a contender.

Credit to the players for responding and to GO for his management push.

He's a superhero. Leaves Reading for five minutes and they lose 7-1.

And he's got a very nice family. They were there supporting him today and got very excited when he scored.

Of course the weather suited Axel today. It was certainly cold enough to be Iceland.

Re: Concord v City
I assume he goes into the record books as our youngest ever captain today.

Re: Concord v City
Yes, I obviously realised he was captain.....and very vocal and commanding he was too.....but you are probably correct in him being our youngest ever.
Just hope it wasn't his swan song.
Must say he was immense today.
