I think it will look better on than it looks on the hanger. I think it is an improvement on last season.

As long as we stick to a striped kit we are always going to be limited. This is the only current striped Errea shirt. That said, like most posters in this thread, I like it more than last season's.
I don't think it's any coincidence that the best kit we've had recently imo - the infamous 13-14 black backed shirt - was a bespoke design (though not for us).

I'm just hoping that by January we don't have horribly faded looking numbers. It looks so amateurish.

i have no real interest in the shirts, and am far more interested in the quality of the play. If we played fantastic football in green and white hooped shirts, I'd be happy.

Aaarrrgh. The errea logo is in the middle of a stripe, the Bath City badge is not, I really can't handle this blatant disregard for symmetry

Are you saying that the only issue regarding team's kit these days is that a different variation is produced each year to fleece those supporters who wish to buy each season's strip? In which case I agree with you entirely!

Re: Sponsor draw - and possible new kit?
Well, I guess as long as we have a different sponsor each season then we will also get a new kit. The days of sewing a patch over the top of the previous season's name are long gone!
Whilst not defending the practice of changing kit every season I'd be surprised if there are any teams playing at our level or above (or, even, several steps below) that don't do this now.

If it brings in cash for the club then I guess it's worth it. I proudly wore my Man U shirt up Viccy Park as a kid for several years without any taunts of wearing an out of date version, because they had the same one for about 10 years. And as Sir Ged says, it had absolutely no effect on the quality of my play!

Oh dear. Another year in black and white. Can't we get back to our traditional blue and white West Bromwich kit. Failing that, green and white would be lovely. Very Somerset.

In 2017/18 I presume we'll go for white shirts, black shorts and black socks to celebrate 40 years since winning the Southern League?...
That said this season we could have gone for the version Tim was referring to as next April will be 10 since that illustrious day. Loved the away kit then.

Ooh, I like the idea of that 40th anniversary kit.

Wash your mouth out kind Sir! The line of decency and reason needs to drawn somewhere, and that is going just that bit too far.
