Interesting insight into what he thought about our game with Staines. Ironically I was reading his book when I found out he was going to take in a trip to TP, hence the shout-out. I'd recommend the book, you can download it on Kindle for only £2 or so.

Re: The Football Neutral
Interesting read and I've bought his book from Amazon.
Given how he raves about the burgers, does that mean Mo-b-q have improved this season? Though on the rare occasion in the past I've eaten from there I thought they were already fine.

Thanks for providing a link to this - a very complimentary article about our club, both on and off the pitch.
Re the car parks comment - I think one is free because it's not on the club's property. I would advise against anyone entering it as the pot holes have alarmingly become much wider and deeper in the past year.

Tell me about it. Pretty certain the Stillmobile is going to fail another MOT on tyres in April. I still haven't worked out a technique to avoid them. Is there anything that can be done?
And re the burgers, I haven't bought one at the ground for a while as I tend to eat before I go to home games. Slightly worrying if they're charging extra to have mayo on chips, I'd not heard of that before. Cheese/curry sauce yes, but mayo?

Well, you could always pay a couple of quid to park in the club's car park!

I'd almost certainly end up being boxed in as I arrive before 2 and want to leave by 5.15. At least where I park I can make a quick getaway.
I'd happily put a few quid into filling those potholes...

I normally park my car outside my house. Well, when I say "park" I really just mean "leave".

I have to say that the chips are the least value item about Twerton Park. £2 for a fairly sparse carton. I think I had an egg and bacon roll that was nice but I haven't had a burger. I am intrigued by the peppercorn burger but not so much that I have bought one.
I have to say that the Wealdstone burger was genuinely impressive. I am a harsh critic as well. I was even underwhelmed by the legendary Cambridge United bacon rolls.
