basically they didn't realise that they were supposed to be aerating the pitch especially around the goalmouths. It is supposed to be done every two years and they haven't touched it for nine. Hence problems have developed resulting in a paucity of drainage. They mentioned an algae that has had to be eradicated.

Why? Because I feel it is.

Northmore talks candidly about the academy set up over there, and the way he wants to encourage continuity from youth to first team. Given the amount of bashing the management get on here, terraces and social media for 'not giving youth a chance', and that we have a similar youth structure, I feel it's a very relevant and interesting watch.
