Dynamo Twerton does have a certain ring to it, playing at the renamed Workers Stadium!

Good luck with the Revolution Marc ! Though as the French said after theirs "Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose..."
I guess we can all aspire to the utopia that is/was Communist Russia, North Korea, China and Vietnam..
Comrade P - I prefer Red Star Bathgrade or Spartak Twerton.....

Re: Statement from the club
Hold on, I wasn't saying I was going to run it but now I think about it, perhaps, Lokomotiv Bath...
Thinking about it, maybe our next MP will get the city to buy the club

True, but politicians of all descriptions, when elected to office, don't practice what they preach.
The "Mandarins" have you marked now so expect the usual smear campaign (briefings to the news media from unnamed sources) before...and after the election should you be successful.

I'm far from important enough to attract such attention at the moment, and will take my chances with it all if I'm elected...

I agree. Last Thursday's Chronicle report merely refers to it and states the full statement can be read on its website. Not very helpful for those with no internet access. The club should either print it in the programme (hopefully tonight's) or make copies of it available at the turnstyle.
