I'll cry foul Senor. The deadline should be the K.O. time of the game and not 2 hrs before. How could anyone know the name and the time of the Scorer beforehand? The ruling is to prevent those with access to the team line up when it's first announced changing their prediction. For example, Alison could have chosen Pratt on Friday evening. At 1.30 on the Matchday her expensive, flashy iPhone tells her that Pratt is out injured. She quickly logs on to the forum and changes her prediction to Watkins. Whereas poor Claire does not have such luxuries (her mother doesn't give her pocket money) - having selected Pratt, she's stuck with him and has no chance of gaining an extra point. These are the sort of people I am dealing with!

So sorry, rules are rules!

(And Alison, don't you dare suggest I was merely preventing Azlimey from joining me at the top of the table! This is not FIFA...)

There are a couple of problems with your post Comrade Powell. Firstly I do not have an expensive flashy iPhone, and secondly I don't give Claire pocket money as she earns her own money, and if anyone should be supporting her, it should be Sean!


Btw my prediction for Gosport is Pratt, 29 mins.
