Interesting, we've never had segregation there before, in my memory, so why Sunday when I suspect we will be lucky to take more than a handful.

Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
On social media someone has said there's no segregation and someone is worried they bought home end tickets. I selected away just in case. We have no supporters coach and the trains are ghastly too, we also been there once already this season and its on TV, so 4 things against us taking many. So hopefully Worthing will confirm if segregation. Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
They mention on their website how much quicker it is to get in with prepaid tickets. Presumably then they’ve improved things since the cup game when I couldn’t see any advantage. I certainly got in much quicker the year before and I didn’t even pay! Will be surprised if the crowd is anything like as large as for the cup match though.
There’s a good preview on their forum…

Always worth phoning the pub to ask for it to be on.

After today's results a win tomorrow and we're back in the play off positions and right back in the mix.

Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
Segregation has been a bit of an issue at Woodside Road. The away section is the south-east corner, which has very limited seating or cover, although it does now have improved loo facilities and a decent tea-bar. They segregated for Dover Athletic some weeks ago, but that was because of previous uncouth behaviour by the Dubrisian visitors. I realise the citizens of Aquae Sulis will be much more civilised, and I suspect that once they know they likely attendance, they will dispense with the segregation. As some of you may know, movement around the ground is quite tight, especially across the front of the main stand, and that may add a little bit of nervousness to the stewarding.
I'll be there covering for local radio and will look out for you good people. A propos, I owe a huge apology to Comrade Powell: we missed each other when Eastbourne came down to Twerton. Not deliberately, but I dare say he will never speak to me again. Ah well...
Good wishes to all. Avanti Civites Romani

Didn't see the game but it sounded like we were under the cosh for most of it so to come out with a draw was a good result. Need to make our games in hand count.

What a cracking advert for conference South. Like maidstone away when 2 1 up we seamed too run out of steam after 65 minutes. However 2 2 draws at maidstone and worthing aren't to be sniffed at. Great to see jordan thomas and Tom Smith behind the goal supporting the lads. Parselle watching too from the bench. Love when injured and ex players watch us away. I thought Hayfield had a blinder. Decent following from us. Way more than I thought would go. On to weymouth. Utc.

Good performance from the lads. New boys looked good. Top drawer delivery corner from Bates for Dyer to score.

Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
TV was a good watch, inevitably Worthing focused with owner back story, their rise, we seemed to be incidental. Good interview pre match with JG, collection of Scotty goals (well done Dave). Thought commentary more balanced, seemed well informed.
As for the game, entertaining for any neutrals, glad we performed well on big stage, defended well, 2 good goals to score. Keeps us in mix but bigger games coming up.

Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
Agree with Paul that it was an excellent match. Well done to the locals for providing a good atmosphere - I was very surprised by the size of the crowd. And of course to those City fans who managed to get there. Not easy as trains from Bath affected by engineering works. But please NL, this is non league football and that means Saturday afternoons.
I saw it as two points dropped against a team whose defending is often shambolic and between managers. But can’t argue with either of their goals.

Re: Worthing Sunday tickets.
Strange experience at Worthing. Ground looked very tidy but it was a nightmare getting from one end to the other. Although there seemed to be clearways marked people were simply standing there with no attempt from stewards to make them move. Also the toilets at Twerton might be a bit primitive but at least there are sufficient of them!
Perhaps it was just me but I also thought the ball seemed to bounce higher on the surface than at other artificial pitches we have played on but that might have been due to the conditions.
