Soccer am Stadium

looks like we will be playing at the Soccer am stadium this season
thats what Basingstoke's ground is now called
offical opening is aug 2nd vs Woking
they are sending some of the Soccer am gang down there that day
pity we never had something like this

If we ever called our ground 'stadium' I would cry endless tears of shame and embarrassment

last 2 years the ground has not been known as twerton park
but we bath fans still call it twerton
so what different's would it be if it was called somthing else

I'd rather have a ground named after a charity than a tacky sky programme or a betting company, as at farnboro. all that attracted was ridicule and I suggest the same will happen to b/stoke - if the national exposure is for footballing reasons, great, but not for some stupid gimmick like this. I hate this constant renaming of grounds for a few quid and am delighted ours is twerton park again.
