Congratulations to Midsomer-Steve whose never-ending optimism meant that his acquired points lifted him off the bottom of those regulars who had points    and put him ahead of me

I was really heartened by seeing your kind words about the points that I had gained to move me up the table (a bit), but, as much as you Love me, I have rechecked my score and now realise that I should not have been awarded those 20 points for the Oxford prediction (I was way over-optimistic, as usual). I think that you have mistakenly worked them out as if I had predicted 1401 instead of 1501. but never mind.  

Thanks should go to you, as usual, for the smooth running of this premier Forum competition again this season.
