Appeals dismissed
Ollie Bayliss has just tweeted that 11 clubs - including City - who appealed to the FA against the fines and points deductions have had their appeals dismissed, Blyth, Farsley and Spennymoor have had 50% of their fines suspended, but all the rest of the original punishments stand. The clubs also have to pay costs of £1200 to £1600 each as well as forfeiting their £250 appeal fee.
No surprise really, as the FA was never going to find against the league.
Not sure how you square this with Mark Ives saying that the league wants to help clubs get through the problems caused by the pandemic, other than that he is a word that I can't use on this forum!

Re: Appeals dismissed
I would expect nothing else from the FA (who might now investigate the woeful performance of the NL Board over the past 15 months but won’t as that useless body was given the green light by a minority of its member clubs who hold the balance of power)
