I managed to miss the news that our old pal Glenn Tamplin had finally flogged off Billericay and bought up Isthmian North strugglers Romford - them promptly installed himself as manager. It appears they're languishing at the foot of the table, although old ego boy claims that he's going to do things differently this time.

Having said that, he briefly tweeted that he'd signed TOWIE's Mark Wright as a left back and joint owner today, before hastily deleting said missive.

Bad luck, Romford. You must have been warned, surely...
