From FA website on 3rd round draw for both Vase and Trophy:

Ties in both the Trophy and Vase will be played on Saturday 8 February, with no replays at this stage of both competitions.

Didnt know that was coming.

This must be a recent change because the rules for the Trophy on the F A website allow for games to be played to a conclusion if both teams agree (apparently Concord wanted this for Saturday) to avoid a replay, but doesn't say that there are no replays for round 3 (and presumably 4).
