St Albans on Saturday
It’s Non-League Day on Saturday and our opponents, St Albans, have lots of plans. They've made a real effort to keep us in the loop about what's happening and, like us, seem to be very committed to the community side of things.
Their community manager is organising the itinerary for the day, which will include
• After match auction in the clubhouse of Arsenal & England signed shirts
• collection for Prostate Cancer UK, which is their nominated charity
• Arsenal & England’s Alan Smith attending
• Non-League Quiz in the evening for people staying overnight
He is also cycling from Bath City to St Albans via Hungerford on the 6th and 7th, and has asked if we have any keen cyclists who would be willing to join him...! He is raising money for Prostate Cancer UK and is also attempting to cycle to Amsterdam...

They want to know if we can bring Bladud along for a penalty competition against their Roman Centurion Lion. Unfortunately our usual Bladud can’t make it, so is there anyone who’d like to step into his paws for the day?

I counted a couple of mistakes in this...
Anyway The Mermaid has ordered extra pies for the City fans on Saturday. See you there.
