Is this banned? Got a friend coming down for her first City match this Sat, bit of an addict, I quit years ago so don't know the rules... used to smoke on the terraces a lot in my day but can't remember seeing anyone doing so recently (but also don't recall seeing any signs)

smoking allowed everywhere bar in the stand as far as I'm aware
