Watching highlight shows on tv it seems quite common these days for visiting teams to wear their second (and sometimes third) strips even when there is no colour clash.

I covered the FA Trophy Final for the NLP. Wrexham wear red, Bromley white. Both wore their away strips for the game.

I've seen a pic of Braintree v Hemel last night. Braintree wear orange and white, Hemel red. Clashed a bit.

When did we last not wear black and white stripes as home colours out of interest? Mid 80s?

There was the light blue and the red c.2006 - 2010 if my memory is correct?

Think Mark is referring to our home kit. Certainly wore white shirts t in 1978.
