By golly we made it hard for ourselves. Possibly the worst passing display I have ever seen. At least we are showing a fighting spirit which is vital with a lack of quality.
And the players obviously enjoyed the win. Hopefully they can build from this.

Second half was certainly a hard watch. Was Alves injured before half time? If not he can feel very hard done by. His excellent goal and Harvey’s vital save lifted our performance above the mundane. However, a vital win against another struggler and some other midweek results went our way.

I wonder whether his silly booking just before half time was the reason.

All I can say is what a leader Parselle is and the determination of Luke Russe. Love these 2. Play there heart out for the club. Look at Russe after a win. He loves celebrating with the fans. Harvey Wiles Richards had a blinder too. We got grafters but are lacking creativity. Not sure if Zac Smith was a ball winner or creative midfielder. Were all grit and digging in at the moment until Clark gets back. When hopefully he'll be on fire at Twerton Park I'm enjoying the atmosphere. Night games at Twerton really rock.
