Yeovil Town are expected to name their first team manager tomorrow. According to local reporter Chris Spittles, the club are about to name former Stevenage first team manager Darren Sarll as their boss. The 36 year old was in charge for 114 games across two years between February 2016 and March 2018, and most recently was Watford's Head Of Academy, leaving Vicarage Road in January 2019.

The name of the club's owner is also revealed with former Swindon Town and current Stratford Town owner Jed McCrory having been on the rumourmill since late last week. His identity is now put forward as the club's likely owner, with the club having announced an 'agreement' last Friday but choosing not to reveal the new owner's name. The tweets from Chris Spittles read as follows:

"Yeovil Town expect to name their new manager tomorrow and it's looking very likely to be former Stevenage boss Darren Sarll that takes over. The appointment of Sarll has been approved by the potential new ownership group, which I understand includes former Swindon Town chairman Jed McCrory."

Chris Spittles also tweeted that Jerry had apparently been interested in the job but ruled himself out a few weeks ago because of the uncertainty.
