Thanks Sascha - to be honest, if we overreacted to the "closed shop" comment it's because it touched a nerve - we all know that the committee could be doing a much better job of engaging members (and attracting new members) - I promise you we're working on it!

As Oliver said, I'm going to be taking on more responsibility for engaging members but in the meantime if you have any questions then come and find me on the terraces where the singers stand
