Re: Bodmin v. City
Thank you Roy, should be a good season for us if we keep playing like we have been with St Blazey being our next opponents on Wednesday night.
Unfortunately comrade powell I have not heard anyone else who follows Bodmin speak of gaining promotion to the Western Premier which is something I would love to see, there has been talk of moving the league up a step to feed into Southern 1 South and West but most clubs in the area do not have the required facilities and I think we would have to take in Barnstaple, Willand Rovers and Buckland Athletic if that happened.
Thank you for the kind comments and good luck for the season and in the draw on Monday.

Hi Tango, would you have any idea why Andrew Neal and Steve Simmonds didn't play? We include in our match reports a list of opposition players missing and why. No worries if not. You'll win on Wednesday!

Andrew Neal did not play due to being cup tied, he played for Tiverton Town in their 4-1 Preliminary Round defeat to fellow South West Peninsula Premier side Plymouth Parkway and Steve Simmonds did not play as his wife gave birth to their child yesterday and thanks.
