Looking on the positive side
We've sorted out the numbers.
That's about it though.

I know it was bad Simon, but to have us plummet to 481st in the table with only 21 watching seems extreme LOL.

I was livid that the tannoy broke, but at least it meant I didn't have to spent 90 minutes next to a, lets say 'excitable' guy from their radio station. I congratulated them on winning the FA Cup at full-time, he celebrated as if they'd been clinging on for dear life against a powerhouse of a side.
Getting soaked pitchside was far better.

I think you will see City fans celebrating that way when we win.

That bloke was the best thing about the day. I had no idea Conference South football was that exciting! His other radio people around him had to correct him a lot and calm him down at times.
You should have been there when they were offside or a slight penalty decision, unbelievable Jeff!

If I ever celebrate that much over an early season win against Havant & Waterlooville I'll realise I need to re-access my life. I love winning, starting to miss it really, but this was something else. Great to have passion and he obviously loves his club, but the others from Havant were able to restrain themselves and take some consideration that they were surrounded by Bath City people as well.
If it was a 2-1 with both their goals coming in stoppage time then fair enough, but I actually thought it was quite a routine win for them, and easily could have been more. When a side pulls a goal back, like we did, there's often one more chance in the closing stages to grab an equaliser. To my knowledge there wasn't one.

There's always someone worse off...ok, not in our division at moment (I guess Hereford and Salisbury fans would gladly swap places). Sutton and Dover forums an interesting read at moment. Sutton's could be a duplicate of ours...brittle defending...different formations...lack of finishing. But they have seen this before and finish strongly, as we did. Dont forget we only had 9 pts from first 10 games last season. Dover dont know whether to enjoy the experience or think they should do better. Beating Eastleigh meant they thought they had arrived, then lost 6-1 at Woking. Doubt they will survive.
